1. Orders and proposals

Placing an order on this website is a free request. It is not a contract and you are not charged. After reviewing your order, Nexurative sends a proposal with the scope, timeline and final price. Work starts only after you approve the proposal.

2. Payment

One-time projects are normally paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each month. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platform and are not part of our fees.

3. Cancellation

Monthly services have no long-term contract and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Work already completed is not refundable, except as described in our guarantees.

4. Guarantees

Money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with the first design concept of a design project, you can cancel that project for a full refund before further work begins. 60-day results promise: for ads management, if the agreed goal in your proposal has not improved after 60 days, the next month of management is free. The exact goal is written in your proposal.

5. Ownership

After full payment, you own the final designs, website files and content created for you. Your ad accounts, website, domain and data always belong to your business.

6. Results

Marketing results depend on many factors, including your market, offer and budget. We always work to improve your results, but we cannot guarantee specific sales or ranking positions, except as stated in your proposal.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We may suspend accounts that are used for abuse or fraud.
